What Thaimly handles

At your direction, Thaimly may handle profile and contact details, passport and visa information, Thailand Privilege membership details, arrival and stay dates, 90-day reporting dates and history, reminder settings, immigration documents, official-form values, receipts and dates read from supported documents.

Local-first mobile processing

Ordinary mobile use does not require an account. Structured information is stored in an encrypted local database. Imported documents and receipts use encrypted app-private storage. Supported OCR runs on-device. Reminders use the device’s local notification system. Thaimly does not automatically upload immigration information, documents, OCR text or reporting history to a developer cloud service.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes subscription purchases under its own terms and privacy policy. Thaimly receives limited product, transaction and entitlement information needed to provide Free or Premium access.

Sharing and permissions

A document is shared only when you initiate an export and select a destination through the operating-system share sheet. Camera or photo selection supports user-initiated document capture. Notifications support local reminders. Network access supports app-store billing and secure links you choose to open.

No tracking or sale

The reviewed v1 build contains no advertising SDK, behavioural analytics, cross-app tracking, cloud OCR or third-party crash-reporting SDK. Thaimly does not sell personal information.

Retention, deletion and security

Local information remains until you edit it, delete a supported item, use Delete All Local Data or uninstall the app, subject to operating-system behaviour. The app uses platform isolation, encrypted databases and authenticated document encryption. No system is absolutely secure, particularly on a compromised or unlocked device.

Backups and recovery

Thaimly v1 has no developer cloud sync or portable bulk backup. If secure-storage keys are lost while encrypted files remain, Thaimly cannot decrypt or recover them.

Independent service

Thaimly is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Thai Government or Immigration Bureau. Apple, Google and destinations you choose through sharing operate under their own policies.
