The service
Thaimly is independent software that helps users organise Thailand stay dates, documents, reminders and immigration-related tasks. It is not a government service, law firm, immigration adviser or substitute for official information.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for filings, appointments, fees, travel, visa and stay compliance, document accuracy and official deadlines. Requirements can change. Verify dates, documents, procedures and eligibility with official authorities or a qualified adviser.
Local-device model
The mobile app works without a mandatory Thaimly account and primarily stores information on your device. You are responsible for device access, independent backups and exports you initiate. Device or encryption-key loss can make information unrecoverable.
Free and Premium
Free provides essential stay tracking. Premium Monthly is intended at ฿199 per month and Premium Annual at ฿2,149 per year, with annual billing saving about 10%. Prices may vary by store or region; the applicable store displays final price, taxes and renewal terms before purchase. No free trial is planned.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under store rules. Apple or Google handles cancellation, refunds, billing retry and subscription management. Deleting local data or the app does not cancel a subscription.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not misuse Thaimly, interfere with security, infringe rights, misrepresent official status or use the service unlawfully. Thaimly’s original software, brand assets and interface content are owned by or licensed to its developer. Government forms and third-party materials remain with their respective rights holders.
Availability and disclaimers
The service may change or be interrupted for security, compatibility, legal or product reasons. Local notifications, stores, operating systems and OCR may fail or behave differently by device. Thaimly does not guarantee legal compliance, government acceptance or uninterrupted operation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
The contracting entity, governing law, dispute process and jurisdiction-specific liability terms have not been selected and must be completed through final legal review before publication.
