How the estimate works
Useful planning, with the limits made clear.
For an official receipt, the calculator uses the printed next notification date. For a latest arrival, it treats the arrival date as day 1 and shows the 90th calendar day as a planning estimate, following current Immigration Bureau guidance for a new count after travel.
It displays the general in-person window of 15 days before through 7 days after, and the official online processing window described as 15 days to 7 days before. Thailand Privilege member service may accept a narrower schedule and can refuse overdue handovers.
The preparation date, 21 days before the due date, is a Thaimly recommendation—not an official deadline. If your travel history, official record or reporting channel does not match these inputs, do not rely on the estimate; confirm the date with Immigration.

Don’t calculate this manually next time.
Thaimly can track your reporting cycle and prepare you when it’s time.
